摘　　要：精品课程建设是高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程的重要组成部分,对于推进我国的高等教育具有不可估量的作用。以本科教学水平评估为契机,围绕精品课程建设进行深入思考和积极实践,对提高教学质量、促进教育发展具有非常重要的战略意义。The construction of the elaborate curriculum is an important part in the project of teaching quality and reform, which has the immeasurable effect to the higher education improvement in our country＇ s. We should regard the teaching level evaluation for undergraduate course as a turning point and have the thorough thinking and carry on positive practice about the elaborate curriculum, which have a very important strategy meaning in improving the quality of education and promoting the educational developing.
