摘  要:随着超声波理论体系的建立和不断完善,超声技术在工程实践中已展现出广阔的市场前景,涉及了许多行业的诸多部门,收到良好的应用效果。介绍了超声波目前在牛奶保鲜技术中的应用现状和技术原理,实验结果达到了预期目的。最后总结出超声波在牛奶保鲜中存在的缺陷,为以后的研究工作指明了方向。With the establishment and improvement of the system of ultrasonic theory, ultrasonic technology has an expansive market in many industries. It has also received excellent application results. This paper introduces the present state and technical principles of the application of ultrasonic in keeping milk fresh. The result of the experiment turns out to be what is expected before. At last, the paper summarizes its deficiency in the process which leads to the direction of future study of this problem.
