摘　　要：论述了油气田勘探开发规划环境影响评价的基本技术要求,包括评价原则、基本内容和工作程序等,已在技术上推动和规范油气田勘探开发行业的环境影响评价工作。Environmental impact(EIA)of plans for sectors is now in the pilot stage and the technical requirements are still under exploring.The paper attempts to discuss the basic technical requirements for EIA of Oil and Nature Gas Fields Exploitation and Development plans,including the assessment principles,technical content and work program so as to promote and regulate the business on the EIA of plans for the sector.
