摘　　要：College English listening teaching faces great opportunities and challenges under the web-based environment. This paper concerns how to utilize the web and multimedia resources in an effective way and explores the autonomous learning potential of the students; designs the process assessment teaching model, and discusses the feasibility, regulations and what need to be concerned in practice. The aim of the process assessment teaching model is to promote the quality of college English listening teaching, improving students＇ listening competence and their autonomous learning ability.网络环境下的大学英语听力教学有着巨大的优势和挑战。本文关注如何有效利用网络和多媒体的丰富资源，开发学生自主学习潜能，设计听力过程性评估教学模式，讨论并分析该模式实施的可行性、实施原则和需要注意的问题，目的在于促进大学英语听力教学，提高学生听力水平和自主学习能力。
