摘  要:为研究铝合金板件自冲铆连接过程,借助有限元方法模拟了1.15mmAA6016T4板+1.5mmAA5182O板自冲铆接头成形.计算结果与已报道实验结果一致,证明该方法是有效的.采用此方法研究了冲头和模具的受力变化,铆扣的形成以及板件翘曲变化情况.结果表明:铆钉的变形是引起冲头载荷急剧增加的关键因素;铆钉内腔的充满压实有助于铆接压力传递到铆钉内壁,促使铆钉管腿变形形成铆合;板件的翘曲主要受压边力大小和压边圈直径影响.To study the forming process of self - piercing riveted joint, a finite element method is employed to simulate the riveting process of 1.15mm AA6016T4 + 1.5mm AA51820 sheets. The validity of this method is verified by the good agreement between the calculation results and the experimental results. The force of punch and die, forming of rivet - lock and distortion of aluminum sheets are investigated. The simulation results show that : the deformation of rivet shank is the key factor that affects the punch load; the filling of the rivet - tubu- lar makes it easy for the force to be applied on the inner face of the rivet - shank, which conducive the forming of rivet - lock; the distortion of riveted sheets is mainly affected by the binder - force and the diameter of blank holder.
