摘　　要：面对21世纪的机遇和挑战,努力选拔和培养一大批具有蓬勃创新精神和能力的科技创新人才是目前体育专业研究生教育的重要任务。对如何将体育专业研究生刨新素质培养的实施工作落到实处进行了深入的研究,认为体育专业研究生创新素质培养实施工作的对策包括转变人才培养观念、构建培养机制、强化培养力度三个方面。Nowadays, facing the opportunities and challenges of the new century, diligently selecting and raising a large quantity of graduate students who have the vigorous innovation spirit and the technical innovation ability is the important task in PE major postgraduate education. The research investigated deeply how to implement the cultivation of innovative quality. The research concluded that strategies about implementation of innovative quality cultivation included that transform the idea of cultivation, construct the cultivation mechanism, and strengthen the cultivation dynamics.
