摘　　要：目的：总结膀胱癌肉瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：报告1例膀胱癌肉瘤，并总结分析1994年以来国内文献报告32例的临床特点。治疗以膀胱部分切除术、TuRBT辅助放疗及膀胱灌注为主。结果：26例随访记录中，9例存活6个月～6年，其中3例5年以上；17例于术后2～16个月死亡，平均9．5个月。结论：膀胱癌肉瘤具有高度恶性和浸润生长的特点，预后不良。Objective：Tally up the clinical characteristics and the treatment methods of the bladder carcinosarcoma. Methods：Clinical data of 1 case of patient with bladder carcinosarcoma was reported and 32 cases reported in the literature from 1994 to 2007 were reviewed. Results： Hematuria without pain is the main symptom. The main treatments are partial cystectomy, TURBt, radiotherapy, and intravesical chemotherapy. Conclusions： The urine bladder carcinosareoma is of high malignant.
