近视患者LASIK术后满意度与临床指标的关系

摘　　要：目的了解近视患者经准分子手术激光治疗后裸眼视力、散瞳近视度数、散瞳散光度数等临床指标的变化,探讨术后临床指标对满意度的影响,为该手术在临床更广泛地开展提供理论依据。方法对2006至2007年在济南市第二人民医院眼科进行LASIK手术的368例近视患者的术前术后各临床指标进行对比分析。结果术后满意度高的近视患者各临床指标好于术后满意度低的患者。临床指标高的满意度高,但也会因其他因素的影响而出现例外。结论手术满意度与临床指标密切相关,应采取多种措施提高近视患者术后的满意度。Objective To understand the clinical index change of the naked vision, nearsightedness degree, astigmatism degree after pupil dilation of short sighted patient after the accurate molecular surgery laser treatment, discuss the influence of the clinical index on the degree of satisfaction, provides the theory basis for clinical widely application. Methods 2006 - 2007, Jinan the second People＇s Hospital LASIK eye surgery 368 patients preoperative and post operative clinical index were analyzed. Results The indexes of highly satisfied myopia patient are better than that of less satisfaction patients. Clinical index is high, also is the degree of satisfaction, but also influenced by other factors and occure exceptions. Conclusion Clinical index is closely related to the degree of satisfaction. In a word, we should adopt various measures to improve myopia patients satisfaction.
