摘　　要：简要介绍了在不同衬底上制备C_(60)薄膜的方法,详细讨论了薄膜结构与衬底表面结构的关系及其外延特征,同时指出目前还存在的问题。In this paper we briefly present the methods to prepare C60 film on different substrates, and discuss the relationship between film structure and substrate surface structure as well as its epitaxial characteristics in detail. At the same time the existing problems are indicat-ed.
