摘　　要：分析了深圳市松岗人民医院自2002年7月至2006年1月期间42例外伤性肠穿孔患者的CT征象,探讨了这些CT征象对外伤性肠穿孔的诊断价值及其患者的护理要点。结果表明:肠穿孔的CT所见均为间接征象,单一CT征象对外伤性肠穿孔的诊断价值有限。This study analyzes the CT findings from 42 patients who suffered the traumatic bowel perforations from July 2002 to Jan. 2006 in Shenzhen Songgang People＇s Hospital, and discusses their values on the diagnosis of traumatic bowel perforations and the points during nursing the related patients. Conclusions ：the CT findings in traumatic bowel perforations are indirect, which can provide the limited value on the diagnoses of traumatic bowel perforation.
