摘　　要：诸多城市公共交通规划的实施,使适合中国国情的城市公共交通规划理论与实践得到迅速发展。从后评价的角度对城市公共交通规划进行研究是对公共交通规划理论的补充和完善,也是城市公共交通规划修编的依据和前提,同时也可以提高城市公共交通规划的合理性与可行性。系统分析了城市公共交通规划后评价的理论意义、特点、机制等,建立的城市公共交通规划后评价体系,可清晰地反映城市公共交通发展的影响因素。基于可拓学建立的多指标多层次的复合物元可拓综合评价模型为项目规划后评价提供了一种新的途径和研究思路。Much urban public transport planning was compiled and implemented, and urban public transport planning theory and practice is rapid development. Post-evaluation of urban public transport planning can help to analysis and review the original planning, and then provide quantitative basis_ for the next round planning, and more help to research of urban public transport. Superficial systems analyzed and studied on meanings, characteristic, evaluation mechanism, evaluation method, evaluation indexes of postevaluation of urban traffic planning basis on post-evaluation of general project. Set up a multi-layer post-evaluation model based on extension set and composite matter-element and correlation function.
