覆塑竹帘胶合板“冷-热-冷”胶合新工艺的研究

摘　　要：针对覆塑竹帘胶合板现有的"冷-热-冷"胶合工艺存在能耗高、用水量大的缺点,将胶合工艺改进为先在热压机内采用"热-热"工艺胶合成板,然后在冷压机内进行冷却定型的新工艺。实验室研究表明:新工艺不仅可以节能、节水,而且板材的胶合质量与表面性能都可以满足相关标准的质量要求。The current pressing technology for the impregnated paper overlaid bamboo curtain ply- wood features high energy consumption and high water consumption and the production cost is very high. To solve the problems,a new pressing technology has been developed, the plywood is pressed in the hot-press by using “hot-hot”technology and then cooled and shaped in the cold-press. The labora-tory results show the application of the new pressing technology can save much energy and water. Al-so,mechanical properties and surface quality of the plywood can satisfy the requirements specified in related standards.
