摘　　要：介绍了双极型电力半导体器件的性能、特点及目前的发展状况，并阐述了交流传动在国内外工业、船舶行业中的应用现状及前景。实践证明，这些器件的应用取得了明显的经济效益，提高了可靠性，延长了维修保养时间，达到了节能的目的。Performance, characteristics and developing conditions of bipolar electric semi-conductor components are introduced in this paper with application of ACgear in marine domestically and abroad, these components prove higher economic efficien, more reliable, longer interval between maintenance and energy saving in the practice.
