摘　　要：绩效是企业赖以生存和发展的源泉,是企业追逐的最终目标。企业绩效研究已经成为学术界和企业界关注的热点问题。当前,在企业绩效评价和管理方法上仍然存在诸多问题,如何在实践中克服这些弊端,这就需要建立一种新的绩效评价标准体系,即企业结构绩效评价体系。The achivement is the source of the existence and development of any enterprises. It is also the ultimate goal that the enterprises run after. The study on the enterprise achievement has become a hot issue concerned by the aca- demic and business circles. Presently there are many problems in the enterprise achievement evaluation and manage- ment methods. There is a great need for establishing a new achievement valuation standard system to overcome these drawbacks in practice, that is, the enterprise structure achievement evaluates system.
