排污权价格对绿色证书市场的影响

摘　　要：排污权交易和绿色证书交易是缓解资源和环境问题的重要机制。研究了这2个市场的相互作用。结果表明,排污权价格的上升,使得电力价格也随之上升,而绿色证书和绿色电力的价格的变化却与排污权的价格作反向运动,说明排污权价格的上升使绿色电力的生产商遭受损失。Tradable emission permits and tradable green certificates are two important ways to ease energy shortage and pollution. The interactions of the two markets are analyzed in the paper, and the results show that when emission permits price rises, so does the price of electricity, and the prices of green certificates and green electricity go down, which means the producers of green electricity loss while emission permits price goes up .
