摘　　要：介绍了特种气体六氟化钨的性质、用途,并着重阐述了六氟化钨的合成方法及六氟化钨的净化工艺,指出了六氟化钨的发展前景及我国研究开发六氟化钨的紧迫性。The property and application of tungsten hexafluoride specialty gas are introduced, especially the synthesis and purification of tungsten hexafluoride are expatiated. The development prospect and the pressure of research and development in our country are indicated.
