摘　　要：Lumican是一种隶属于SLRP家族的细胞外蛋白,它与巩膜的正常生长发育、角膜透明性的维持及近视的发生等有密切关系,临床上对Lumican在眼部角膜等上皮损伤修复中的作用也日益重视。本文主要对Lumican在眼部的表达和功能的实验研究现状作一综述。　Lumican is a kind of extra cellular protein and a member of small leucine-rich proteoglycan family,which is essential for the development of corneal and sclera,maintaining corneal transparency,generating of pathological myopia and so on.Clinical observation indicates that Lumican plays an important role in corneal epithelium during wound healing.This paper primarily reviews experimental study on expression and characterization of Lumican in the eye.
