摘　　要：眼部新生血管性疾病是损害人类视力的主要因素之一,特别是视网膜新生血管性疾病。多年来,国内外许多学者对有关眼部新生血管性疾病的防治工作进行了大量的基础和临床研究,尚未取得预期的效果。随着单克隆抗体Avastin的诞生,眼部新生血管性疾病的治疗已获得显著效果,现将Avastin治疗眼部新生血管性疾病的相关应用进展作一综述。　Neovascular disease of eyeball,especially that of retina,was one of captial factors for injury to human visual acuity.For many years,experts around mainland and overseas have carried out a lot of basic and clinical studies about the treatment of eyeball neovascular disease and have hardly received any prospective result.With the appearance of monoclonal antibody Avastin,which has shown a significant role in the treatment of ocular neovascular disease.This article summarizes the applied development of Avastin for ocular neovascular disease.
