摘　　要：安乐死概念的正确界定是科学划分安乐死类型的基础与前提;学界关于"积极安乐死与消极安乐死"、"自愿安乐死与非自愿安乐死"的类型划分存在欠缺;应将安乐死划分为三类:维持治疗除痛型、放弃治疗除痛型、终止死亡痛苦型。The accurate definition of euthanasia is the foundation and precondition of the scientific classitication ot euthanasia types, most researchers classify euthanasia types as ＂positive euthanasia and negative euthanasia＂, ＂free-will euthanasia and non-free-will euthanasia＂ which are defective. Euthanasia should be classified into three types, eliminate sufferings to maintain therapy, eliminate sufferings to abandon therapy and terminate death process to eliminate dying sufferings.
