摘  要:研究了螺杆组合、螺杆转速、挤出温度以及含水量对淀粉挤出发泡的影响。结果表明,适当的螺杆组合,可以改善淀粉材料的挤出成型;随着螺杆转速的增加,样品膨胀率逐渐增大,在螺杆转速为340 r/min时膨胀率达到最大值;样品膨胀率亦随挤出温度的升高逐渐增大,在145℃膨胀率达到最大;含水量对淀粉材料的塑化程度和膨胀率影响显著。The influences of screw configuration, screw speed, extrusion temperature and water contents on extruded starch foams were studied. The results show that a proper screw configuration can provide a good condition for extrusion process of starch foam. The expan- sion ratio of the extruded starch foam increases with the increase of the screw speed and extrusion temperature. There is an optimum expansion ratio while screw speed is 340 r/min. The starch foam has the maximum expansion ratio at 145 ℃. The plasticization and expansion ratio of starch foam are strongly dependent on the water content of the starch premix.
