运动训练专业网球专修学生教学技能培养的研究

摘　　要：教学技能是体育院校学生成为一个合格体育教师必须具备的基本素质,也是体育教师在教学中顺利完成教学目标的一系列有效的行为方式。采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、教学实验以及数理统计等方法进行研究,结果表明,微格教学作为提高网球专修学生教学技能的培养方法,目标明确、重点突出,易于控制和掌握,能有效提高学生的体育教学技能。　Teaching skill is the basic quality which the physical education college students who will become a qualified physical education teachers must have,and a series of effective behaviors by which the PE teachers can successfully complete teaching objectives.With the methods of documentary review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,etc.,this paper argues that as a training method enhancing teaching skill of tennis majors,microteaching has clear goal and an outstanding focal point,and it is easier to be controlled and mastered.It is conducive to improve the students＇ physical teaching skills effectively.
