摘　　要：利用问卷调查法,对北京市6家医院和12个社区卫生服务站的医生和门诊病人进行社区卫生机构与医院互动机制的意愿调查。结果发现:调查地区患者就医倾向不规范,不同层次卫生服务机构缺乏有效的互动机制,病人对社区卫生服务了解和信任程度不够,病人和医生对社区首诊的认同度不高,双向转诊制度缺陷是影响互动机制建立的重要障碍等。This paper analyzes the willingness of patient and doctors on interaction mechanism between 6 hospitals and 12 community health centers in Beijing. The findings are; 1. patients health care seeking behavior is not well off; 2. It is lack of effective interaction mechanism between hospital and community health center in the system; 3. The patient and doctor does not recognize the importance for development community health service; 4. Most patients do not recognize that the first contact at community level. It is important that establish an interaction mechanism between hospital with community health center referral system.
