两种大鼠生殖能力及其仔鼠生长发育指标的比较

摘　　要：目的比较Wistar大鼠和SD大鼠多项生殖能力及其胚胎/胎仔正常生长发育指标,以期为行为发育毒理学提供基础资料。方法记录孕鼠生理变化、胚胎生长发育情况及仔鼠生理变化指标,采用修订Fox方案检测神经反射及运动协调功能。结果发情前期Wistar大鼠受孕率为92.3%,SD大鼠受孕率为89.6%;精子涂片检查阳性大鼠的阴栓形成率则分别为93%(14/15)和100%(17/17);妊娠期孕鼠体重分别增加(114.7±9.5)g和(112.0±14.1)g。获得胚胎生长发育情况、出生后仔鼠生理发育、新生反射和感觉功能及运动协调功能指标。结论阴栓形成可以作为受孕标志;两种大鼠胚胎/仔鼠的生长发育指标具有较稳定的时相。Objective To compare the various reproductive-developmental indexes are systematically compared between mother Wistar rats and SD rats, as well as their offspring. Methods Reproductive outcomes of mother models were traditionally recorded and reliable indicators of behavioural development of pups were tested according to a slightly modified Fox battery. The present study also shows some normal physiological changes. Results High conception rate provided here indicates the rational period in which experimental models should be mated during proestrus. In the case, the ratio was up to 92.3% for Wistar rats and 89. 6% for SD rats. Sperm smear was used as the gold standard, corresponding pregnant Wistar rats and SD rats were 93% （ 14/15 ） and 100% （ 17/17 ） vagi- nal plugs respectively. Indicators, such as weight gain, somatic development, neuro-reflexes, and behavioral assessment, were obtained in the present study. Conclusion This study shows that the formation of vaginal plugs are the positive marker of mating. No significant difference shows between the both rats in terms with the normal indicators.
