摘 要:目的探讨神经根受压后纤维变性与转化生长因子-β1(TGP-β1)表达的关系。方法SD大鼠50只,参照Kawakami方法,显露左右侧L4-L6神经根及背根神经节,左侧用4-0肠线在背根神经节头侧端结扎神经根两道并打两个结,线与神经根相距3cm;以自身右侧相应神经根作为对照。术后1、2、4、8和12周,分别取L4-L6神经根标本进行组织观察,并借助免疫细化方法测定TGF-β1表达程度。结果实验测神经根术后1周TGF-β1开始表达,术后2周趋明显,术后4周达高峰,其表达与神经根受压后纤维形成过程一致。结论TGF-β1参与神经根受压后纤维化的形成,合理调控TGF-β1表达有望减轻受压神经根粘连、变性的程度。Objectie To investigate the relationship between the expression changes of transforming factor β1(TGF-β1) and fibrosis of the never root compression. Methods Following the method of Kawakami, 4-0 ribbon gut were applied around L4-L6 never roots in 50 SD rats. Just 3mm cranial to the dorsal root ganglia, the nerve roots were secured by two ligation node. The nerve roots of side were as control. The L4-6 nerve roots were obtained postoperatively at 1.2.4,8.12 weeks from the experimental and control sides. TGF-β expression and degeneration of he nerve roots were respectively detected by immunohistochemical and histological methods. Results The TGF-β1 expression was found postoperatively at 1 week, clear at 2 weeks and with a peak at 4 weeks. The expressing process of TGF-β1 was consistent with that of fibrosis. Conclusion TGF-β1 plays a great role in the fibrosis process of the nerve root compression. Appropriate regulation of TGF- β1 expression may decrease the adhesion and degeration of the nerve root compression.
