摘 要:目的:探讨鼻咽癌高发区人群鼻咽/鼻腔原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)与EB病毒(EBV)感染的关系。方法:对41例鼻咽和鼻腔NHL进行免疫细胞学分型以及EBV潜伏膜蛋白(LMP1)检测。结果:发现:①鼻咽/鼻腔NHL的LMP1检出率为48.8%(20/41);②鼻咽NHL的LMP1检出率37.9%(11/29),鼻腔75%(9/12);③T细胞性淋巴瘤LMP1检出率60%(15/25),B细胞性淋巴瘤31.3%(5/16)。结论:上述研究结果提示,本地区鼻咽/鼻腔NHL与EBV感染有较密切的关系,其中又以鼻腔NHL和T细胞性淋巴瘤关系更为密切。Purpose To research the relation between EBV infection and non Hodgkins lymphoma. Methods Forty one cases with primary nasal and nasopharyngeal non Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL) from a high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied on presence of LMP 1, using immunohistochemical technique. Results Of the 41 cases, 20 (48 8%) showed expression of LMP 1. The expression of LMP 1 in nasal NHL was higher than that in nasopharyngeal, 9 of 12 (75%) and 11 of 29 (37 9%) respectively. 25 of 41 (61%) were CD 45RO positive (T lymphoma) and 16 of 41 (39%) CD 20 positive (B lymphoma). The positivity rate of LMP 1 in T lymphoma was 15/25 (60%), in B lymphoma 5/16(31 3%). Conclusions The findings suggest that there is a close relationship between EBV infection and nasal/nasopharyngeal NHL, especially nasal NHL and T lymphoma.
