摘　　要：文章通过阐述研究博士后考核评价指标的背景原因和博士后考核评价指标的设置原则,在结合博士后工作特点和实际的基础上,构建博士后考核评价指标体系,为科学合理考核评价博士后在站期间的科研业绩提供参考。This paper aims to construct an assessment and evaluation index system for the reference to the reasonable assessment and evaluation of the reseach achiements for post doctors during the period in the station. First, it presents the backgrounds, the reasons, and the priciples of setting up the assessment and evaluation index system. And then ,with the post doctors＇ characteristics, the reasonable assessment and evalu- ation index system will be introduced in the last part.
