滑膜化生游离体成软骨及成骨性观察

摘　　要：通过对20例关节内游离体进行不脱钙切片，并做苏木精—伊红、胶原纤维、粘多糖染色。通过普通光镜及偏振光镜观察．游离体均是由滑膜软骨化生及骨化生的骨软骨瘤。它的形成与关节内慢性炎症有密切关系。讨论由间充质细胞形成软骨化生，后形成骨化生以及由纤维细胞形成骨化生的可能性。Twenty cases of loose bodies were processed by the way of non-decalcified slice,with H.E. staining, collagen staining, and mucopolysaccharide staining. Authors found all of them are synovial osteochondroma which derived from synovial osteometaplasia and synovial chondrometaplasia. The formation of loose body was correlated with chronic inflammation of synovium. Authors also indicated the possibility of osteometaplasia course which may either originate form the mesothelia cells, chondrometaplasia or fibrous cells.
