摘　　要：本文以凹印机为研究对象,详细论述了凹印机系统的张力控制原理;并设计了一套以GE公司的90系列可编程控制器为控制器,采用工控机监控系统的实时状态的张力控制系统。系统应用WinCC软件组态,运用OPC作为软件接口标准实现工控机与可编程序控制器的通信。生产运行表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度满足要求。This paper introduces the Constant tension control principle based on Concave Printer system in detail, A suit of the system is developed, which adopts PLC of 90-series produced by GE as controllerf-takes industry computer to monitor its run-time state. The system is configured using the software WinCC. The communication between PLC and industry computer is realized by OPC which is regarded as standard of software interface. Producing result shows that the system can run steadily and control precision can meet the demand.
