摘  要:用细胞成形质的三维研究方法(AODO)扫描电镜(SEM)观察研究鼠切牙造牙本质细胞的超微结构(OBs)。结果:(1)年轻OBs的特征为有同心层状粗面内质网(RER)以及许多长的线粒体;(2)RER转变成与成熟及年老OBs分泌活动有关的管状网.年老OBs尤其在细胞的远中末端含有许多小的圆形线粒体;(3)在年轻及年老的OBs中都可以观察到管泡状成分;(4)在年轻及年老OBs中,均发现与Golgi复合体及平滑内质网(SER)有关的胞浆内小体;(5)同时发现在基质沉积期,小泡内吐入髓周的前期牙本质中。目前的形态学研究证明存在着与OBs牙本质形成有关的三维结构。The line structure of rat incisor odontoblast(OBs) was stadied mainly by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) using the AODO (low concentration aldehydes prefixation, osmium tetroxide postfixation, dimethyl sulfoxide refreeze- acture, osmium tetroxide maceration) method. The following results were obtained.(1) The young OBs were characterized by a concentric laminated rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) and many long mitochondria.(2) The RER transformed into a tubular network related to maturation and secretory activity of the old OBs. The old OBs contained many small round mitochondria particularly in the distal end of the cells.(3) The tubulo - vesicular elements were observed in both the young and old OBs.(4) Cytoplasmic bodies related to the Golgi complex and smooth ER(SER were found in the young and old OBs.(5) Exocytosis of vesicles into predentine of the circumpulpal dentine during matrix apposition stage of the OBs was also found.The present morphological study demonstrates three- dimensional configuration of the structures related to dentinogenesis of the OBs.
