中西医结合疗法促进柯萨基病毒感染者免疫功能的恢复

摘　　要：探索用中西医结合疗法对柯萨基病毒感染者免疫功能恢复的促进作用。方法:64例柯萨基病毒感染引起的外感风热证患者,随机分为两组,一组为单纯西医治疗组,另一组为中西医结合治疗组。用流式细胞仪分别检测他们入院初和出院前外周血中作为各功能群淋巴细胞标志的几种CD抗原,并将检测结果与当地健康人群和这两组病人之间作对比分析。结果:二组患者入院初外周血CD8+淋巴细胞百分率明显高于对照组,而CD4+、CD16+和CD5+6淋巴细胞百分率及CD4+/CD8+明显低于对照组(P值均<0.01),而两组患者之间无显著差异。出院前单纯西医治疗组上述各项检测指标仍异于对照组(P<0.01),而中西医结合治疗组上述各项检测指标却与对照组无显著差异(p>0.05)。显示中西医结合治疗更有利于柯萨基病毒感染患者免疫功能的恢复。To explore the promotion effect of combining the Chinese traditional medicine with the western medicine on the immune function recovery of the patients infected with the Coxsackie virus, we adopt this method： 64 cases of the patients infected with the Coxsackie virus are divided into two groups： one is treated with the western medicine; the other is treated with the Chinese traditional medicine plus the western medicine. During their early stage of hospitalization and before they leave hospital, several CD antigens in the lymphocytes from the peripheral blood are detected by the flow cytometry. The results are compared with the healthy control group and the two test groups are also compared between each other. The result shows that at the beginning of their admission to the hospital, the percent of the CD 8^＋ lymphocytes is significantly higher than that of the normal group, and the percent of the CD4^＋ , CD16^＋ and CD56^＋ lymphocytes , and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio are all lower than that of the normal groups. But there is no striking difference between these two test groups. Before they leave hospital the values from the group treated with the Chinese traditional medicine plus the western medicine shows that they have recovered to the normal level gradually. But the values from the group treated with the western medicine are significantly lower than the normal level. The conclusion is that the therapy of combining Chinese traditional medicine with the western medicine can promote immune function recovery of the patients infected with the Coxsackie virus.
