摘　　要：通过对我国优秀标枪运动员和世界优秀标枪运动员投掷技术的运动学比较研究。结果表明,现阶段我国标枪运动员投掷步技术存在的一些问题,是阻碍我国标枪运动水平进一步提高的主要原因。并针对这些问题,提出相应的训练方法和技术改进措施,使训练更具有针对性与目的性。Through a kinetic comparative study between the javelin throwing technique of Chinese and foreign outstanding athletes, the thesis writers conclude the current existing problems in the throwing techniques of Chinese athletes are the major impediment to the further improvement of Chinese javelin athletic level and propose corresponding training methods and technique - improving measures to make training more effective and purposeful.
