阿霉素治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文首次报道阿霉素治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。１２４例１５４眼随机被分为阿霉素治疗组和平阳霉素对照组，每组分为轻、重、复发三型。治疗组总治愈率为６０％，对照组为５４％，两组差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗组中轻型与重型、复发型之间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明：阿霉素同平阳霉素一样对治疗翼状胬肉有效，且对轻型疗效优于重型与复发型。提倡翼状胬肉患者应早期治疗且先药物治疗，待无效时再考虑手术治疗。The clinical effect of doxorubicin in treating pterygium was first reported in this paper.The 124 patients(154 eyes)were randomly divided into the treating group by doxorubicin and the control group by pingyangmycin and were classified in light type,serious type and relapse type in each group.The total cure rate was 60% in treating group and 54% in control group,with no significant statistical difference between the two groups (P>0 05),the differences between the light type and the serious type and between the light type and the relapse type were significant,the results indicat that the curative effect of doxorubicin and pingyangmycin in pterygium is same and the curative effect for the light type is better than that for the serious type and the relapse type.
