复明Ⅱ号抑制HSV—1再活的实验研究

摘　　要：通过已建立ＨＳＶ—１潜伏感染的动物模型，比较了复明Ⅱ号和无环鸟苷治疗后ＨＳＶ—１的激活率。结果表明：在ＨＳＶ—１角膜感染及给予复明Ⅱ号和无环鸟苷（ＡＣＶ）三十天的全身治疗后，经角膜肾上腺素电离子导入激活潜伏于三叉神经节中的ＨＳＶ—１，复明Ⅱ号组三叉神经节中抗原阳性率和泪液中病毒释放率均低于无环鸟苷组。证明了复明Ⅱ号对潜伏感染之后的再活具有较好的抑制作用。Latency and reactivation of HSV—1 result in recurrent herpes simplex keratitis.In order to observe the inhibitive effect for Fuming Ⅱ on reactivation of HSV-1,we gave the rabbits topical and systemic treatment with Fuming Ⅱ and ACV.After HSV-1 inoculated in rabbits cornea.The drugs administed systemically for thirty days,epinephrine iontophoresis was performed for consecutive 3 days,10 min./d,then ocular shedding of HSV-1 was demonstrated with cell cultrue and antigen of HSV-1 in TG was checked with ABC method. After stimulation by epinephrine iontophoresis,the positive rate of HSV-1 antigen was 30% in Fuming Ⅱ group and 80% in ACV group.There was significant differency between them (P<0 01),and for the ocular shedding of HSV-1 were 75% in ACV group and 27 5% in Fuming Ⅱ group (P<0 01). The result demonstrated that better effect to inhibite the reactivation of HSV-1 could be obtained by systemic treatment with Fuming Ⅱ and it is worthy of clinical application.
