摘 要:基于燃料电池客车行驶特性和其能量流控制策略对镍氢蓄电池组的功能需求,依据试验数据分析了镍氢蓄电池脉冲功率容量、可用能量与放电深度的关系特性,从脉冲功率容量、充放电能量和放电深度等方面对燃料电池客车进行蓄电池组性能匹配。装车实践表明,该匹配方法高效可行,不仅极大地提高了车辆的机动性和制动能量回馈吸收,而且避免了以往蓄电池频繁处于过充过放状态的缺陷,提高了蓄电池性能并延长了其使用寿命。Based on the functional requirements of driving features and energy flow control strategy of fuel cell bus on Ni/MH battery pack, the characteristics of pulse power capability and usable energy Versus depth of discharge for Ni/MH battery are obtained by test data. Then the performance matching of the Ni/MH battery to fuel cell bus is conducted in respects of pulse power capability, usable energy and desired work region. The results of vehicle test show that the performance matching not only greatly improves the bus mobility and the brake energy regeneration of the bus, but also avoids the frequent excessive charge and discharge of the battery and thus enhances the performance of the battery and extends its cycle life.
