摘 要:为了探讨空间条件对小麦籽粒淀粉积聚及相关酶活性的影响,以鲁麦14及其空间诱变后代品系烟6089和烟5158为材料,在相同生态条件下研究这3个品种(系)花后不同时期籽籽粒淀粉的积聚及合成相关酶活性的差异。结果表明,支链淀粉的积累量和积累速率,烟5158高于鲁麦14和烟6089,而直链淀粉积累量和积累速率,烟6089>鲁麦14>烟5158。淀粉合成酶ADPG焦磷酸化酶(ADPGPPase)、淀粉粒结合态淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性均为烟6089>鲁麦14>烟5158。可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)烟5158前期高于鲁麦14和烟6089,且酶的活性与其相应的淀粉积累量和积累速率一致。这些结果表明,从空间诱变后代中可以有目的地选出淀粉组分和淀粉酶活性有所差异的新种质。Lumai 14 and its descendant lines Yan 6089 and Yan 5158 induced by Space mutagenesis were used to investigate the effects of space mutagenesis in the accumulation of starch and enzymes activity related to them after anthesis under the same environment.The accumulation and rate of amylopectin of Yan 5158 were higher than those of Lumai 14 and Yan 6089,while the content and accumulation rate of amylose of Yan 6089 were higher than those of Lumai 14 and Yan 5158 orderly.The activity of ADPGPase and GBSS in Yan 5158 were lower than those of Yan 6089 and Lumai 14.While the activity of SSS of Yan 5158 was higher than that of Lumai 14 and Yan 6089 at the early grain filling stage,which was consistent with the accumulation and rate of starch.The results indicated that novel germplasms with different starch components and starch enzymes activity could be selected from the descendants of Space Mutagenesis.
