摘　　要：目的:测定安胎丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1);检测波长:315nm。结果:黄芩苷的线性范围为12.75～127.50μg/ml,平均加样回收率为99.48%,RSD为1.49%。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于安胎丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective：To determine the content of baicalin in Antai Pill. Methods： High performence liquid chromatography（HPLC） was used with chromatographic column of Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consised of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （50：50：1） and the detective wavelength was 315 nm. Results： Baicalin had a good linearity in the range of 12.75-127.50μg/ml, and the average recovery rate was 99.48% with RSD of 1.49% . Conclusion： This method is simple,quick,accurate, and suitable. It can be used for the quality control of Antai Pill.
