摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢囊肿的手术操作技巧及临床疗效。方法对2005年1月～2006年1月术前诊断为良性卵巢囊肿78例患者的腹腔镜下手术及术后病情回顾分析。结果78例卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜下手术均成功,无一例中转开腹,均未发生明显并发症,术后恢复良好。结论根据囊肿或肿瘤的性质,严格把握操作要领,腹腔镜下完整剥除卵巢囊肿切实可行。Objective To explore operation technique and clinical effect of the laparoscopic operations for benign ovarian cysts： report of 78 cases. Methods Reviewed analysis of laparoscopic Surgery and postoperative for 78 cases that preoperative diagnosis were benign ovarian cysts from January 2005 to January 2006. Results All operation were successful. No one was done open operatio. No evident complications happened in 78 cases. Rollowing-up showed the cases were in good health. Conclusions Base on property of cyst or tumor and holding operating main points, it is practical and useful for laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.
