区域图书馆联合体的建设内容探析

摘　　要：区域图书馆联合体是共处同一区域内、分属不同系统图书馆的信息资源共享新模式。构建区域图书馆联合体,可以发挥不同类型图书馆合作共享后的综合实力,实现优势互补,体现区域特色,促进图书馆事业的区域整体发展。本文拟就信息资源、人力资源、管理资源等对区域图书馆联合体的建设内容作进一步的分析和探讨,以期为区域图书馆联合体的建设提供理论参考依据。Regional library association is a new model of information resources sharing among libraries located in the same region but affiliated to different systems. Regional library association can give play to the integral strength of different libraries, supplement each other, reflect the regional characteristics and promote the integral development of the regional library undertakings. This paper intends to discuss the construction of regional library association from information resources, human resources and management resources in an attempt to provide theoretical foundation for the construction of regional library association.
