摘 要:利用获得的年钢轨伤损量与对应累计通过总重和每日记录的钢轨伤损量与对应的累计通过总重的数据,研究钢轨发生伤损的特点并进行误差分析。结果表明:在累计通过总重较大时,钢轨累计伤损量与累计通过总重服从二次函数拟合关系,其导数表示钢轨重伤速率,是累积通过总重的一次函数,钢轨重伤量不会有突变点(拐点),不会迅速进入到疲劳状态,但随累积通过总重的增加呈二次方增加。应用二次函数拟合累计伤损量与累计通过总重的方法推导出钢轨伤损的拟合公式,据此可获得具体线路对应一定通过总重下的钢轨伤损量。The characteristics of rail failure is investigated and error analysis is carried through by using the obtained annual rail failure capacity and corresponding accumulative passing gross weight as well as daily data of rail failure capacity. Results show that the rail accumulative failure capacity and the accumulative passing gross weight fit well with square function relationship when the accumulative passing gross weight is greater. Its derivative represents the rail severe defect rates, which is a linear function of the accumulative passing gross weight. There is no break (inflection) point on the rail severe defect capacity curve and will not rapidly achieve the fatigue stage. But it performs the square power increasing with the increase of accumulative passing gross weight. The method of square function fit the relationship of accumulative failure capacity and accumulative passing gross weight is applied to deduce the formula of rail failure capacity. Based on these, the rail failure capacity of specific railway under certain passing gross weight can be obtained.
