摘　　要：心理学从其现象以及这些现象的条件来看是心理生活的科学,科学内省作为心理学的一种研究方式而独立存在,具有自身赖以存在的哲学根基,它会吸取实证精神对以往内省法进行修正,完善科学内省过程的规则和程序,开发出新的对内省结果的分析处理技术,最终实现对人的心理生活的本质和意义的探究、解释、引导和构建。From the view of the phenomenon and conditions of these phenomena, psychology is the science a psychology research method, scientific introspection exists independently, and has its own philosophy correct previous introspection methods through absorbing tific introspection, develop new processing technology on of mental life. As foundation. It will positive spirit, perfect the rules and procedures of process of scienintrospective results, and realize the inquiry, explanation, guidance and construction on human mental life eventually.
