摘　　要："忽悠"一词本为东北方言,近年来在口语交际和各种媒体中被广泛应用,成为流行词语。从语法和语义特征的角度对其进行分析,发现它在语法上可以充当多种成分,在语义上是灵活多变的。这对于深入研究东北方言是有意义的。＂Huyou＂,originally a northeast dialect word,has been used widely in recent years in oral communication and all kinds of medias. In this study, both the grammatical and the semantic characteristics of ＂Huyou＂ were analyzed. The results showed that this word can be many grammatical constituents, and has many meanings. It is significant to research deeply on the northeast dialect.
