自寻优模糊自适应采样PI控制在钢球磨煤机负荷控制中的应用

摘　　要：针对火电厂钢球磨煤机工作特性和控制要求,提出了一种自寻优-模糊自适应采样PI控制相结合的双层控制策略,实现了对钢球磨煤机负荷的优化和实时控制。所开发的钢球磨煤机负荷控制系统,采用基于多传感器信息融合技术的磨煤机负荷检测仪实现负荷的准确测量,并采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与工控机组成一个小型的DCS。实际应用表明,该系统控制性能良好,节能效果显著。Directing against working property and control requirements of the ball mills in thermal power plants, a double- layer control strategy combined self - optimizing control with fuzzy self - adapting sampling PI control has been put forward, realizing load optimization and real - time control of ball mills. The developed load control system of ball mills utilizes ball mill＇s load detector based on information - fusing technology of multiple sensors to realize accurate load measurement and adopts a small - size distributed control system （DCS） consisted of a programmable logic controller （PLC） and an industrial control computer, practical application shows that the control performance of above - mentioned control system is good, having obvious energy - saving effectiveness.
