淋巴瘤患者血清血小板衍生生长因子的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测淋巴瘤患者血清血小板衍生生长因子（platelet-derived growth factor，PDGF）水平并探讨其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测淋巴瘤患者血清PDGF水平。结果淋巴瘤患者血清PDGF水平，初诊未治和未缓解组（中位数14540pg／ml，范围9080～29253pg／ml）显著高于完全缓解组（中位数9564pg／ml，范围7065～19598pg／ml）和正常对照组（中位数9917pg／ml，范围3529～27692pg／ml），组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。晚期组（Ⅲ期＋Ⅳ期）（中位数17591pg／ml，范围9080～29253pg／rnl）显著高于早期组（Ⅰ期＋Ⅱ期）（中位数12153pg／ml，范围10805～14540pg／ml），组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论检测淋巴瘤患者血清PDCF水平可能在一定程度上反映淋巴瘤血管新生程度和疾病状态。Objective To detect the level of platelet - derived growth factor （PDGF） in serum form lymphoma patients and to discuss the clinical significance. Methods The level of PDGF in serum from lymphoma patients was detected by ELISA. Results The untreated and unrelieved lymphoma patients showed a much higher level of PDGF in serum （ median 14540pg/ml, range 9080 - 29253pg/ml） than the completely relieved patients （median 9564pg/ml, range 7（K35 - 19598pg/ml） and the controls （median 9917pg/ ml, range 3529 - 27692pg/ml） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The level of PDGF in serum from the patients at the advanced stage （ Stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ） was much higher （median 17591pg/ml, range 9080- 29253pg/ml） than that from the patients at the early stage （Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ） （median 12153pg/ml, range 10805 - 14540pg/ml） （ P 〈 0.05） ; All the differences were significant. Conclusion The detection of the level of PDGF in serum from lymphoma patients can reflect the degree of angiogenesis and disease condition.
