复方地肤子搽剂治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方地肤子搽剂对扁平疣的疗效及其对皮损的影响,探讨复方地肤子搽剂治疗扁平疣的可能机制。方法复方地肤子搽剂涂疣体,20天为一个疗程,对照组西咪替丁口服。疗程结束后,观察疣体消失情况,判断疗效,光镜观察扁平疣皮损标本。结果复方地肤子搽剂治愈率77.08%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且治疗组镜下淋巴细胞侵润较对照组早而广泛。结论复方地肤子搽剂治疗扁平疣疗效高,疗程短,无任何副作用。Objective In order to observe the curative effect and the pathology of skin lesions of Co. Kochia scoparia liquid on plane warts, and to find the possible mechanism. Methods To put the CO. Kochia scoparia liquid on the plane warts, 20 days was a course of treatment. The control group was given the cimetidine orally, the disappearance of the plane warts body and the the lesional specimens were observed. Results The curative rate of CO. Kochia scoparia liquid was 77.08 %. There was difference（ P〈 0.01 ） between the treatment group and the control group. The infiltration of lymphocytes was earlier and more in the treatment group. Conclusion It is effective to treat plane warts with CO, Kochia scoparia liquid, its course of treatment is short, and there is no side effect.
