摘　　要：高等学校是党的统一战线工作的重要领域,是培养和选拔(?)一代党外代表人物的重要阵地。做好高校党外代表人物培养与选拔工作,对于充分调动广大党外代表人物的积极性和创造性,促进高校改革、发展和稳定,具有重要的意义。United Front works of CCP is important domain and important headstream of training and selecting new time representatives in extra-Party in colleges.It is significant to train and select the representatives,for mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativeness of far-reaching representatives in extra-Party,and to accelerate innovation,developing and stability of the colleges.
