摘　　要：将于2008年实施的《劳动合同法》,有着若干与以往不同的制度安排和变化,国内商业银行的相关业务部门极为关注这一重要法律的出台和施行。为此,本期特组织了三篇文章,期望通过几位业内专家较为全面而深刻的分析,使商业银行的有关工作安排与规划能与《劳动合同法》实现平稳对接,以此促进银行业的健康发展。The Employment Contract Law of the People's Republic of China adopted at the 28th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China shall come into force as of January 1,2008.Comparing with effective Labour Law,the Employment Contract Law had been made more adjustments to labour administeration system.
