摘　　要：高职教育工作是一项要求很高的工作,高职教师既要有理论能力,又要有动手实践能力。努力成长为"双师型"教师是高职教师的努力和发展方向。而原有的高职教师显然距离"双师型"教师的要求还有很大的一段距离。因此,帮助高职教师树立"职业经营"的观念,从高职教师的职业精神、职业知识、职业能力和研究创新意识等路径进行研究,是使高职教育健康、可持续发展的紧迫课题。The higher vocational education is an exigent work~ higher vocational college teacher should have theory and practice ability, the endeavor and developing direction of them is to grow into “Dual Qualified” teacher. And the ability of higher vocational college teacher exist a gap comparing with the requirement of Dual Qualified teacher. So, the urgent question for study to enable the health, sustainable development of higher vocational education is to help the higher vocational college teacher to establish the idea of “vocation management”, and carry on research from routes such as the higher vocational college teacher~ s vocation spirit, vocation knowledge, vocation ability and innovative consciousness of research, etc.
