摘 要:为解决综合传动装置出现的由于胀圈密封失效而造成的故障问题,基于胀圈密封工作状态下的流场分析和受力分析,对胀圈处于边界摩擦状态下的运动状态进行了讨论.导出了胀圈所受摩擦转矩的计算公式,得出胀圈的运动状态主要取决于胀圈密封结构尺寸、摩擦副摩擦系数和湿式离合器入口油压的结论.采用电涡流位移传感器对胀圈在工作中的运动状态进行了动态测试,验证了理论推导的正确性,为胀圈的密封设计提供了理论依据.In solving problems of seal failure in composite transmissions, based on the flow field analysis of rotary seal and force analysis on the sealing ring in working condition, state of the motion of the sealing ring under the condition of boundary friction is analyzed. The relational expression for judging the state of motion of the sealing ring is deduced. Analytical results indicate that the motion state depends mainly on the structural parameters of the rotary seal, friction coefficient of friction pairs, and operating oil pressure of the wet transmission clutch. State of motion of the sealing ring in working condition is measured dynamically by eddy current displacement sensor. Experiments demonstrated the validity of the theoretical conclusions deduced. It provides theoretical basis for the design of rotary seals.
