摘  要:光电机是一种基于功能材料锆钛酸铅镧(PLZT)的新型电机。PLZT在光照时具有光电效应和压电效应等多种特性,合称光致伸缩效应.应用PLZT的光电特性,在光照产生高压的基础上分析光电机的驱动原理,得出驱动力表达式,并依据其驱动原理设计光电机的主体结构,提出了直线型和圆周运动型光电机的设计方法,阐述了不同结构的光电机的运行状态,得出了转矩计算的表达式。在引入周期和分组概念的基础上,提出光电机结构设计的改进措施,并做了可行性分析。Optical motor is shown as a new application device in the use of lead lanthanum zirconate titanate (PLZT), which is used as an energy transducer from the optical energy to the electrical one. PLZT has a characteristic that it produces mechanical strain by multiple effects of photovoltaic effect and piezoelectric effect when irradiated by light. The effect is called photostrictive effect. Photovoltaic voltage of PLZT is transformed into electrostatic force for actuation of the rotation movement of optical motor. The expression of electrostatic force is given, and then the main structure of an optical motor is designed accordingly. Optical motor has different types classified by mode of movement, such as linear pattern and circle type. As to different types of optical motor, the structure is designed differently. With all the states analyzed, relevant calculation equation of torque is introduced. On the basis of the concept of period and grouping, the structural design has been improved with a feasibility analysis.
