摘 要:在UV固化油墨中添加一定数量的热交联剂会改变UV油墨的干燥性能,研究了热交联剂对油墨干燥性能的影响。结果表明当热交联剂含量超过一定值时,即使增加紫外线照射时间,墨膜也不会彻底干燥;反之墨膜的干燥性能不会发生变化,与之对应的热交联剂的含量称为临界值。找出了热交联剂在PUA系列UV固化油墨中的临界值。该临界值的发现是研制一种新型热成型UV固化油墨的关键点。The drying process of the UV curing would be changed by the addition of a certain amount of a thermocrosslinking agent. This properties were researched in the present work. The results shows there exists a critical point of the concentration of the thermocrosslinking agent in the UV curing ink. The ink film will never be dried when the concentration of the thermocrosslinking being over the critical point under the normal drying condition for UV curing ink. But it will be dried under a heating process right after the irradiation of UV light. The critical points have been found in the present work. It is the key point for preparing the UV curing ink contained thermocrosslinking agent.
